Working with Lindsay on my maternity photo shoot was a joy from start to finish. I had seen her work on Facebook and Pinterest and was immediately impressed with her eye for beauty, light, and scenery...not to mention her ability to make her subject feel comfortable and gorgeous! She smartly devotes time pre-shoot working with you to achieve your vision (using Pinterest and scouting locations) and allows you to participate in the creative process. She had the patience for my numerous outfit changes and accommodated my requests even post-editing. She was extremely professional and prompt and I was thrilled to get my photos so soon! We are very much looking forward to hiring her for our family and newborn photos!

"I went to Lindsay for my son's first birthday photo shoot after I saw the stellar work she had done for a friend and her son. Lindsay was so enthusiastic about all my ideas for the shoot, scouted the perfect location to achieve it, helped me out with the props and brought in her own touch to all the photos. She made every single photo seem something out of a dream- it's magical how well she finished them. I have to admit, she made my first child's first birthday shoot something I will remember for the rest of my life as perfection. One more thing I should add about her is her determination for excellence. I had requested a couple raw images of the photos she took of my son's shoot to add as a collage to a fun project I was working on and didn't need them touched up. She worked overnight and sent me over 20 pictures, beautifully edited even though it was a very busy weekend for her."

"From my initial email, until reviewing the picture portfolio, working with Lindsay was a joy filled experience. Our children are very young, and other portrait studios had warned us that getting a "great shot" would be next to impossible. Lindsay was able to capture not only their features, but their personalities as well, in a charming and melt my heart way. Lindsay made our little guys feel comfortable, patiently working through our toddler's camera grumps and shyness. Lindsay is very professional and yet, very approachable. It is easy to slip into being yourself around her, even though she has a camera at the ready. Because it is easy to be yourself, the photos she captures are true to life, true to our family's character and true to beautiful, dimensional art. Lindsay brings leadership to the shoot, but subtly and gently guides the shoot as the art develops. Her lack of pretense results in original images - she doesn't try to fit you into a pose, but captures the beauty in the moment. There is energy, life and rooted connectedness in her images - we love her work! She is easy to communicate with and draws out ideas for the shoot from carefully listening to the client while the shoot is organized. I loved when she said, "Let's bring a prop - a toy or something special the kids love. That way we will remember what they were into at this stage in their lives." With or without the prop, Lindsay captures and interprets our stage of life in an unforgettable way - her photos are my favorite!"
